Sex Appeal

Crossdressers (OK just me.  I don't know about everyone other crossdresser in the world) want to look like a woman and be sexy.  They want to walk and talk like a woman.  They want to get their makeup right and eyebrows shaped like a woman.  They want to PASS.

I was surfing through Netflix and found the Discovery Channel's Science of Sex Appeal.  It appealed to me.  I watched through a lot of it.  Although I disagreed with some of it (regarding evolution mostly) and the fact they really said there are a lot of factors that go into sex appeal, it was a good show.

Now this is how it can relate to crossdressing.  Our desire is to look "more feminine".  This show addressed that.  It talks about he rounded chin, the raised eyebrows, the higher cheekbones, the walk.  All this goes into "feminine".  It was quick to point out that the male reviewers at one point were more attracted to a body shape (super thin waist with wide hips) that is not found in nature.  However, we will create that with a nice corset. 

Something B and I used to say when looking at houses was "a little paint and a porch and that would be  a nice house."  After watching (most of) that show, make-up will do wonders for you.  Check out Kevin Aucion's book Making Faces ; I learned a lot and loved everything he talked about.

I Have The Best Wife

Yesterday our daughter was out most of the day.  On Monday nights a group of girls get together for karaoke on Dallas.  Lots of fun to just get out.  However, we had plans to go to a Christmas party with B's 2nd job. 

B ended up having to work after all we we could not go to the party.  Daughter was out with a friend.  I thought about going to karaoke.  Then I realized that I could go on the cheap but it would still be a $$ outlay.  I decided to stay home.

B said "You should dress since it's just us here."  She was working in the office.  I put my makeup on, a black skirt and the blue button up shirt looked real good.  After B finished working we laid on the couch and watched The Invention of Lying. 

Yes my wife is the best.

Hair Hair and More Hair

Just like any girl, crossdressers want virtually no hair from the nose down.  We don't want facial hair.  We don't want chest hair (or for me chest and belly hair).  We don't want back hair for sure.  We will shave our under arms.  We don't want leg hair.  And as for pubic hair....well cut short but not shaved.

 First things first, don't use Nair hair remover on your chest.  If it gets on your nipples, they will hurt for a few days.  Next, I think hair grows fastest from top of my head to slowest at the bottom of my legs.  My face needs to be shaven at least every other day.  My chest at least once a week.  Legs a week and half.  Maybe it's because of how far from my heart.  Maybe not. 

I know some girls that wax their chest.  I really don't like pain so that ain't going to happen.  Shaving my legs is quick and easy.  Shaving my chest isn't necessarily quick, but not hard. 

Of course laser or electrolysis is an option.  But it's a costly option so not going to happen anytime soon. 

So right now I will continue to shave.  You should do the same.

Why Crossdressers Make he Worst Husbands

A previous post was why crossdressers make the best husbands.  Insightful and wonderful if I do say so myself.   I do say so. Now it's time to list the reasons why crossdressers make the WORST husbands.  Realize that everything I write s off the top of my head and I will think of more later.   promise.

1.  Shoes.  You thought girls loved shoes.  Well crossdressers LOVE shoes.   I think it's mostly because we don't want to throw on our old tennis shoes and go out.  We want to dress up, not down.
2. Thinking about "her".  She is on our mind almost all the time.  You might think he is cheating on you with her, but it's really not that way.  She is a part of us.
3.  Looking at other women.  Before when your man looked at other women, you knew he wanted in her pants, or was just generally fantasizing about her.  Now your crossdressing man could be doing that OOORRR  wondering if he could fit in those heels.  When he wants to get in her pants, he actually wants in her pants.
4.  2 closets.  B asked me what I wanted for Christmas.  I could not think of anything.  She asked what Candi wanted.  Candi wants new boots, a new wig, and breast forms. 
5.  Surprises - You get in bed and surprise....your crossdresser has on your long gown with padded bra.  You wake up late on your day off and surprise she is dressed to the 9s.
6.  He is always trying to perfect Her.  The voice, the walk, the clothing. 
7.  She is there all the time wanting to be your girlfriend and your boyfriend or spouse has taken a FAR backseat.  You don't always want to do girl things but she does.

Yes there is a reason it is here 3x.  It really needs to be there 20 times.  Or 70x7 times. 

For the GG - Don't give up on him.  Even though she is there, He is there too.
For the CD - Your GG is forgiving of you not focusing on her.  Give her back some guy/girl time.

Poker Party

We had so much fun at the poker party at Femme X Studios in Grapevine.  Granted I only won 1 hand and the other girls didn't bet worth a damn on that one.  I was disappointed.  But we laughed and joked and are thinking about doing a roast of Nikki in the future.

The last 2 left.  They ended up splitting the $$.

I would say just the diva in the middle, but they are all divas.

 

 

So it was AWESOME getting out.  I met some new girls.  Hopefully I will see them again soon.  Hopefully Candi can get out on a Monday night before December rolls around.

Perfecting Crossdresser

There are a few things that crossdressers will focus on improving when dressed.  I guess some would be the same as any girl, however crossdressers don't have the luxury of growing up doing these things. 

1.  Make-up

2.  Hair

3.  Walk

 

Hair is obvious and most crossdressers wear a wig.  Some wigs are good and some are bad.  Invest the money in a good wig.  Save up if you don't have the cash.  Go to a wig shop in a nearby city and get fitted and see what looks good.

Make-up is a little harder for a "starting out" crossdresser, just like it is hard for a teenage girl.  We start slutty because we overdo it, and get better as time goes by.  Hopefully you have a girly-girl SO that can help you learn makeup.  If not, go to a few makeup classes or the makeup counter in Macy's or Dillards. 

Last is the walk.  The girl walk many crossdressers (ME ME ME) are looking for is that slight butt wiggle which will make your dress do the same. There are videos online about how to walk as a girl.  The old adage about walking a straight line...it's close. 

I am writing this one because I am working on my walk.  What's funny is the practice.  I went for a walk with my daughter yesterday.  Walking down the street, I started working on my girly walk.  In doing that I started moving toward the left and kept bumping her.  I played it off saying I wanted her to move over to the side.  I quickly realized I needed to work on this. 

Do a Google search of "how to walk like a woman" or "how to walk in heels".  You will thank me.
